Things to know… YES – you can give blood if you’ve had Covid YES – you can give blood if you’ve had the vaccine (only if it’s Pfizer or Moderna) YES – you can donate blood after a workout provided you’ve rested long enough to lower your pulse and heartrate back to a normal range NO – you should NOT donate blood before a workout or if you’re dehydrated or hungry NO – you shouldn’t donate blood if you’re having major dental work done that day or being put to sleep for medical/dental reasons YES – this is a wonderful way to GIVE BACK to your community…you will impact 3 LIVES with your donation! There’s a critical blood shortage across the nation, so please donate and invite a friend! It takes about 35 minutes to donate. Blood Assurance, your local community blood provider will be set up in the parking lot to conveniently serve you. Complimentary snacks and beverages will be available on the mobile bus.
